Saumya Gulati is the Project Manager for the Vice President, People & Culture, and the Diversity Office at the Rockefeller Brothers Fund.
Saumya first worked at the RBF as a Democratic Practice-U.S. program associate from 2018 to 2021, when she left to pursue her master’s degree. Before returning to the RBF in 2026, Saumya served as an Advisor to Social Change Leaders at Tides Foundation and an intern at the New York City Economic Development Corporation. Previously, she worked at MADRE, an international human rights organization.
Saumya holds a Master of International Affairs in Social Policy with a specialization in Technology, Media, and Communication from Columbia University and a B.A. from George Washington University, where she double majored in women’s studies and political science.
