Color of Change is the nation’s largest online racial justice organization with approximately 1.7 million members working to combat the political, economic, justice, and media structures and systems that enable racism. It produces original content for dissemination by individuals and brands that centers and affirms Black people and Black leadership. It also engages with major media and social platforms, including television and movie studios and social media companies, to improve Black representation and uphold accountability for disinformation and political propaganda.
Color of Change also works in communities nationwide to build innovative, lasting infrastructure for movements fighting anti-black racism and injustice. It provides staff support, identifies and trains local leaders, develops signature issue campaigns, facilitates partnerships, and supports voter engagement efforts to build and leverage local power.
