Co-curator Katrina London will lead a one-hour guided tour of Inspired Encounters: Women Artists and the Legacies of Modern Art and provide a glimpse behind the scenes of the David Rockefeller Creative Arts Center gallery’s inaugural exhibition. Inspired Encounters explores ideas of intergenerational influence and innovation through pieces by a dozen groundbreaking artists of the postwar period paired with new commissions of contemporary art presented publicly for the first time. The tour will be followed by a reception.

Katrina London

Katrina London is the manager of collections and curatorial projects at The Pocantico Center. She co-curated Inspired Encounters: Women Artists and the Legacies of Modern Art, the 2022 inaugural exhibition for the David Rockefeller Creative Arts Center. Katrina is responsible for the stewardship of the collections at Pocantico, including conservation and display of the art, curatorial research, exhibitions, and educational programs. Before joining the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, she was a curatorial associate at the American Federation of Arts.
