Lisa Gilson is the grants manager, systems and data analysis, at the Rockefeller Brothers Fund. She helps to oversee grantmaking processes, grants-related knowledge management, and data analysis. She is also responsible for leveraging technology to streamline operations.
Prior to joining the Fund, Ms. Gilson was a public affairs specialist with the American Express Foundation, where she managed the international grant portfolio as well as a number of domestic grants. In addition to her philanthropic background, she has more than 10 years of experience in communications and advertising.
She holds a B.A. in sociology from Trinity College in Connecticut.
