Carolin Dithrich is the operations associate for the Rockefeller Brothers Fund. Her responsibilities include welcoming guests, coordinating catering arrangements, receiving and directing calls for the company, and caring for the office’s café space. As a member of the operations team, she is also responsible for office safety, as well as additional administrative functions.
Prior to her work at the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, Carolin worked as a restaurant manager at Wagamama, where she managed a large team of front-facing hospitality workers, ensured health and safety compliance, handled building maintenance and vendor relations, and managed ordering and financial reports. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Sarah Lawrence College, and enjoys drawing and watercolor painting.
