Young Leaders Learn from the Past to Shape the Future of Serbia

RBF grantee the Youth Initiative for Human Rights (YIHR) celebrated the graduation of its New Policy School's third class and the matriculation of its fourth, on Sept. 7. The New Policy School was established by YIHR in 2007, as a one-year program for Serbian youth studying social sciences, law, journalism, and politics, who are interested in activism and policymaking. The school is divided into three modules: human rights, transitional justice, and Euro-integration. It aims to develop leaders that will move forward in building a strong future for Serbia by acknowledging and understanding lessons from the past.
