First Anniversary of the DR Center at Pocantico

This fall marks the first anniversary of the David Rockefeller Creative Arts Center (DR Center) opening!

The DR Center has brought exciting performers to the doorstep of the Hudson Valley. Housed in John D. Rockefeller’s historic Orangerie, we are thankful for the architects, community organizations, staff members, artists, and visitors who have transformed this space into a sustainable, inclusive home for the creative process.

Over the past year, the DR Center has welcomed hundreds of visitors for more than 20 events, including community open houses; two exhibitions of celebrating visual artists; a Spanish-language performance with Story Collider; and performances from top New York City-based arts companies, including Camille A. Brown & Dancers and New Victory Theater.
