Connect U.S. Fund Executive Director Among Top Influential Young Leaders

Alexandra Toma, executive director of the Connect U.S. Fund, was recognized as one of the top 99 most influential international professionals under the age of 33 by Diplomatic Courier, A Global Affairs Magazine. In the interview, Toma talks about the importance of stronger collaboration for more effective foreign policy. The Connect U.S. Fund was founded in 2004, by the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation, the Open Society Institute, and the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, to support U.S.-based organizations that work on global affairs and share a commitment to promoting principled, constructive, and collaborative U.S. global engagement.
