Robert Stone

Assistant to the Corporate Secretary

Robert Stone has been with the Rockefeller Brothers Fund since 1979.  Since then, he has worked in the offices of the executive vice president, corporate secretary, treasurer, and comptroller.  He also has assisted several program areas, including the Awards in Arts Education program and Pivotal Place: Southern China.  In addition to his administrative responsibilities, Mr. Stone serves as the RBF's staff photographer.  Mr. Stone has a Bachelor of Science degree in landscape architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and did some post-graduate work in social work and nursing.  During his time away from the Fund, he has enjoyed singing in various chamber music groups and performing in community theaters.  Mr. Stone also volunteered at Sloane Kettering Cancer Center (pediatrics), St. Clare's Hospital and Health Center's Spellman AIDS Unit in New York, and the hospice program at Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center in Plainfield, New Jersey, where he lives.
