Jessica Bailey
Jessica Bailey is the program officer for the Rockefeller Brother Fund's Sustainable Development program, where she focuses on climate change. She is currently on a professional development leave from the RBF, during which she is working for the Clean Energy Finance and Investment Authority in the state of Connecticut. Her work in Connecticut is focused on developing policies and programs to finance clean energy and energy efficiency at scale. Prior to joining the RBF in 2004, she completed her master's degree in international relations at Yale University, where she concentrated on international security strategy primarily focusing on issues of U.S. foreign policy. Before attending graduate school, she was awarded the Herbert Scoville, Jr. Peace Fellowship to work in the Nuclear/Security Program of Physicians for Social Responsibility. Ms. Bailey interned in the Developing Policy Planning Office of the United Nations in 2003 and conducted a research project on the border of Colombia and Ecuador in 2001. She is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame. She serves on several boards of national and global organizations working on clean energy and climate change.
