RBF Publishes Pocantico Conference Outcomes Assessment
In 2013, staff initiated a project to assess the outcomes and impact of program-related conferences held at the Fund’s Pocantico Center during the period 1994–2012. Pocantico hosted a total of 1,015 conference, retreats, or meetings in those 18 years. This new evaluation establishes a set of criteria for assessing the outcomes of program-related conferences and their relationship to the Fund’s impact in its fields of work, and provides a rich set of examples that reinforce the value of Pocantico as an extension of the Fund’s grantmaking.
