Support for Individuals
The RBF does not provide grant support to individuals, including funding for education, health care, and travel to or attendance at conferences.
Meetings, Publications, and Films
The RBF does not generally support meetings, publications or films, including documentaries, through its grantmaking, unless directly related to a Fund-supported project. For information on the use of the Pocantico Center for a conference, please visit the related section on this site.
Phased-Out Programs
The RBF strives to be a strategic funder in carrying out its mission. As such, the Fund evaluates its grantmaking regularly and phases out lines of grantmaking as appropriate. The Fund is unable to provide grant support for projects that fall within the goals and strategies of phased-out programs. Capital Expenses
The RBF does not award grants for capital expenses, including the construction and renovation of buildings.
